Dr. Blaine Hansen - Las Vegas, Nevada

Congratulations to Dr. Blaine Hansen of Hansen Orthodontics in Las Vegas, Nevada on being SCL's Orthodontic Provider of the Week. We thank Dr. Hansen for his generosity, dedication and outstanding service to our SCL program participants!

Dr. Hansen partnered with SCL in early 2012, making time to do screenings and treatment for SCL kids in the Las Vegas area. Dr. Hansen & his staff are always very helpful, easy to work with and excited to make a difference in the lives of children in their community. We are thrilled to have Dr. Hansen & the staff of Hansen Orthodontics as part of the SCL team! Congratulations!!

About Dr. Hansen:
“Dr. Hansen graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then pursued his dental degree at the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with high distinction, was admitted to Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the national dental honor society) and won several prestigious national academic awards. Dr. Hansen continued his education at the University of Kentucky, where he earned his specialty certificate and master’s degree in orthodontics.

Dr. Hansen started his private practice in Las Vegas, where he delivers the highest quality orthodontic care. He stays current in orthodontics by attending continuing education courses each year. In addition to participating in several professional associations Dr. Hansen is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics: this prestigious achievement demonstrates outstanding performance in treatment and diagnosis of orthodontic patient care.

Dr. Hansen lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Katie, and their five children. When he is not spending time with his family, he actively participates in his church and enjoys a variety of sports.”
